Scope of Services
At All-Star Detailing, we are committed to delivering high-quality results on every vehicle we service. All services are performed based on the package booked and any approved add-on services. Our focus is on completing the specific tasks included in your selected service to achieve the best possible outcome within that scope.
Please remove personal items and valuables from your vehicle prior to service. All-Star Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is taken seriously, and every service is backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you have concerns with the results of your service, please notify us within 24–48 hours of completion. We will gladly return at your convenience to address any areas related to the original service booked. This guarantee does not apply to services outside the original scope or to conditions discussed prior to service.
Results & Vehicle Condition
Because every vehicle is different, results may vary. Factors such as vehicle age, material condition, prior damage, and level of neglect can affect the final outcome. While we use professional-grade products, tools, and proven techniques, some stains, wear, or odors may be permanent and cannot be fully removed. We always strive for the best possible improvement and believe in honest communication and realistic expectations.
How Our Pricing Works
Our pricing is structured to reflect the time, labor, materials, and care required for each service. All prices are listed as “starting at” due to varying vehicle conditions. Excessive dirt, pet hair, heavy staining, or other unexpected conditions may require additional services or pricing adjustments to achieve our promised results. Any changes will be communicated and approved before work continues. Optional add-on services—such as leather conditioning, carpet and seat shampooing, pet hair removal*, or headliner detailing—are not included unless selected or approved. *Necessary if present in vehicle.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee to respect scheduled time and travel.


Results & Limitations
At All-Star Detailing, we’re committed to delivering the best possible results on every vehicle. We use high-quality products, professional tools, and proven techniques to enhance your vehicle’s appearance. However, some stains, wear, or odors may be permanent due to age, damage, or prior neglect. While we always do our best to improve these conditions, complete removal is not always possible. Our promise is honest communication, quality workmanship, and no false expectations.
All-Star Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, paint failure, cracked leather, peeling trim, or weakened materials. We take care during every service, but fragile or damaged areas may worsen during normal detailing processes.
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service if a vehicle contains biohazards such as mold, bodily fluids, insects, or rodents. These conditions require special handling and are not included in standard detailing services.
Pre-Existing Damage & Liability
All-Star Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, paint failure, cracked or worn leather, fading, peeling trim, or weakened materials. Vehicles with fragile or previously damaged surfaces may experience further deterioration during normal detailing processes. We are also not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing services.
Health & Safety
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service if a vehicle contains biohazards such as mold, bodily fluids, insects, or rodents. These conditions require specialized handling and are not included in standard detailing services.
Personal Belongings & Right to Refuse Service
Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle prior to service. All-Star Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. We also reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe conditions, uncooperative behavior, or circumstances that prevent us from delivering quality workmanship.


Photos & Marketing Use
Before-and-after photos of vehicles may be taken for quality control and marketing purposes. No personal or identifying information will be shared.
